Seeking Plaintiffs for Historic Lawsuit Challenging PREP Act

Our legal partners are poised to file a critical lawsuit to challenge the constitutionality of the PREP act, the law that provides for the blanket immunity and wholly lacking compensation program that is the CICP.

The ultimate and possible outcome will be PREP act immunity will be struck and COVID vaccine injury compensation will be replaced with direct lawsuits to the drug companies. This will provide a crucial turnaround to restore proper consumer protections.

The catch? Our community needs the right plaintiffs.

We are looking for individuals who were injured by their COVID vaccination (or lost an immediate family member) due to the COVID vaccine who currently reside in one of the following counties:

Archer, Baylor, Clay, Cottle, Foard, Hardeman, King, Knox, Montague, Wichita, Anderson, Cherokee, Gregg, Henderson, Panola, Rains, Rusk, Smith, Van Zandt, Wood

Terms for Participation:
– This lawsuit is ZERO cost to the plaintiffs. It is entirely independently funded.
– Injured by the COVID vaccine (or bereaved immediate family member) and currently residing in one of the counties above.
– Filed for the CICP (Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program) is a definite plus, even if you filed after the short 1 year deadline!

Additional relevant information likely needed further in the process:
– Any medical records documenting the injury or fatality after COVID vaccination. (Record does not need to say “caused by covid vaccine” just needs to show you were seen somewhere with your report of COVID vaccine reaction.)
– Some documentation to illustrate ongoing health maladies or financial struggles due to the government’s failure to compensate such as lost wages, medical records, ongoing medical expenses, etc.

If you were injured/bereaved and live in any of the counties above, and interested in learning more, please CONTACT US to learn more.

NOTE: Contacting us for more information about this project does NOT constitute enrollment as a plaintiff, but rather to move to the next step to discuss the project further and answer any questions you may have. We want to emphasize the quality of the legal firm behind this suit is nothing short of the best and are happy to discuss in further detail.

Texans for Vaccine Choice wants to thank you for taking your time to consider this important case. History continues to be made in the great state of Texas, and this initiative will be no different, with broad implications to impact each and every vaccine injured American nationwide.

We look forward to joining with our local COVID vaccine injured/bereaved community to elevate your voices in a significant manner, and make history while doing it.

  1. What about Travis County? I’m experiencing hell from this vaccine “phifer” it changed my good health to numerous illnesses. AND NO HELP FR GOVT WHO FORCED ALL TO TAKE IT. Marcia P

    1. The case is bound by jurisdictional boundaries, thus the specific counties. If successful, this case would have national impact.

  2. My 42yo son and myself reside in Harris county. His life has been destroyed since receiving the Moderna vacc in Nov 2021. The entire healthcare system has totally failed him. 16+ physicians, 4+ hospitalizations, 21 diagnostic imaging tests, MULTIPLE blood tests with no definitive diagnosis!
