| HB 1586 by (Rep Hull) would allow Texans to print Reasons of Conscience Affidavits at home, streamlining the process to exempt themselves or their children from vaccination requirements. HB 4076 (Rep Leach) would prohibit the denial of organ transplantation based solely on the organ recipient’s vaccination status. HB 4535 (Rep McQueeney) would require vaccinators to receive written informed consent prior to administering a COVID vaccine, and authorizes the development of an “information sheet” for COVID jabs that includes information on the risks and lack of safety testing for this particular shot.
