During his keynote, he revisited memorable moments from his famed deposition of Dr. Stanley Plotkin, whose name drew audible jeers from the crowd, and walked attendees through the Hepatitis B vaccine trial, including the shocking revelation that participants were monitored for only five days post-immunization.

Aaron also sprinkled in vaccine trivia throughout the evening, to the delight of the nearly 200 guests in attendance. He seemed awestruck with the room’s depth of knowledge, smiling each time correct answers were called out from the audience.

The night concluded with a robust Q&A session, where Aaron offered valuable insights on topics ranging from vaccine exemptions in private schools to repealing the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.
