HB 4076 by Representative Jeff Leach, sponsored in the Senate by Senator Lois Kolkhorst,  would prohibit the denial of organ transplantation based solely on the organ recipient’s vaccination status.

HB 4535 by Representative John McQueeney, sponsored in the Senate by Senator Kelly Hancock, would require that vaccinators receive written informed consent prior to administering a COVID vaccine, and authorizes the development of an “information sheet” for COVID jabs that includes information on the risks and lack of safety testing for this particular shot.

Both bills are being heard in the Senate HHS Committee on Tuesday, May 20.
