He also personally authored SJR 70, a bill proposing a constitutional amendment to codify the rights of parents to raise their children as they see fit. Additionally, Sen. Hughes authored SB 493, a bill that would restore benefits to our military service members who were discharged for exercising their right to informed consent with the COVID vaccine.
