Senator Bryan Hughes of SD 1 in Northeast Texas deserves high praise for his efforts to protect your medical liberties this session. As Chair of the Senate Committee on State Affairs, he has moved vital vaccine choice legislation such as SB 29, SB 175, SJR 70 swiftly out of committee. He also personally authored SJR 70, a bill proposing a constitutional amendment to codify the rights of parents to raise their children as they see fit. Additionally, Sen. Hughes authored SB 493, a bill that would restore benefits to our military service members who were discharged for exercising their right to informed consent with the COVID vaccine. Thank you, Sen Hughes, for ALL you do to protect Texans from medical overreach.
