Attorney General Ken Paxton continues to take bold action to defend Texas families against corporate corruption and manipulation of consumers. In October alone, he took powerful action against the medical mafia four times.
First, AG Paxton called out the Texas Medical Association for quietly expanding its vaccine guidance beyond federal recommendations, sidestepping informed consent and parental choice. This is the same TMA that has worked tirelessly to defeat medical liberty bills in the Legislature, oftentimes testifying in favor of limiting choice and denying patients’ rights.
In his next bold move, Paxton secured an agreement with Austin Diagnostic Clinic after it blocked parents from viewing their children’s health records after age 12. Thanks to his intervention, Texas parents will once again have full access to their children’s medical information, marking an essential victory for transparency and informed consent.
Additionally, Paxton is upholding recently passed legislation by demanding answers from Houston Methodist Hospital after reports surfaced that the hospital system denied transplants to unvaccinated patients. He cited HB 4076, now law, which prohibits discrimination based on vaccination status in life-saving care since no Texan should ever be forced to choose between freedom and survival.
And just last week, Paxton announced that he has filed suit against Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, accusing them of hiding known risks of prenatal Tylenol exposure. The case seeks justice for families misled by deceptive marketing and echoes TFVC’s call for Big Pharma accountability.
From protecting your right to access records to challenging medical mandates, TFVC is excited to see these fights for freedom advancing on every front, and we thank AG Ken Paxton for leading the way!
