Medical Liberty Champion: Rep. Tony Tinderholt

Representative Tinderholt has long been a fighter for vaccine choice and medical liberty, but this session he has emerged as a hard-hitter! When bad bills cross his desk, he is always willing to go toe-to-toe with authors, either in Committee or on the House floor, asking the tough questions and offering amendments that would protect your rights. Last week, he offered two great amendments to HB 1105 and when they weren’t adopted, he gave an impassioned speech in opposition to the bill. This resulted in the “no” votes for this measure increasing more than four-fold between the last time it was heard on the floor in 2021 and this year!
