CHAMP: Senator Charles Perry – Senator Perry has been a long-term member of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee and, in that role, has proven to be an inquisitive and open-minded lawmaker. This session, he has drafted SB 265, which would require physicians in Texas to report any potential adverse event associated with a vaccine to the federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System. During a hearing on this bill, he was very accepting of feedback, including that of TFVCs Legislative Director asking him to amend the bill to include all providers with the authority to administer vaccines into this requirement.
And on April 5, during an HHS Committee hearing on a separate issue, Senator Perry acknowledged concerns about recent information about mRNA vaccines being used on livestock or otherwise getting into the US food supply. “Probably in the future, the mRNA vaccine may be put into our food supply, specifically our beef and other components,” Senator Perry said. He went on to say that this issue is something the Senate needs to “be mindful of in the interim,” meaning that he wants more research done in order to address this in the next legislative session.
We commend Senator Perry’s willingness to work with TFVC to create strong legislation and for his proactiveness with regard to the very real concerns about mRNA technology being used on Texas livestock.

They are already putting mrna in the pork products through vaccination of the pigs.
Go to Children’s Health Defense, Robert Kennedy Jr.’s organization, he just had an article on this.
Thank you so much on jumping on this issue. I pray they do not put that in our produce but if we can’t stop them. They have to put it on the label of the product that it does contain MRNA and that way it can write on the shelf.
Thank you so much on jumping on this issue.

There are several states that are addressing this in the current legislation. TN, and MO are just a couple that are introducing bills already. Is TX behind on this issue? I think so.
