AstraZeneca finally admitted that their COVID vaccine can (and has) caused serious injuries such as blood clots by inducing Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS). This admission comes amidst a class action lawsuit alleging that the vaccine, developed with the University of Oxford, has resulted in death and severe injury in numerous cases.
AstraZeneca’s acknowledgment of the potential side effect marks a pivotal moment in the legal battle surrounding COVID-19 vaccine safety. This admission could pave the way for substantial legal payouts, with victims and their families seeking damages estimated to be worth up to 100 million Euros.
After the AstraZeneca vaccine had been on the market for two years and the company saw an almost 20% jump in revenue in just one quarter, the shot was pulled down. (And now AstraZeneca is facing several lawsuits for deaths and injuries associated with their failed COVID-19 jabs. The UK wisely allows for these types of consumer protection lawsuits to safeguard its citizens from pharmaceutical corruption. In contrast, the USA provides complete liability shielding for these same companies, leaving the consumer with very little recourse if faced with the same dire outcomes as their UK cohorts.
Texans should have the right to choose whether or not to receive a vaccine and be fully informed about the potential side effects of vaccines before making a decision. Further, immunity from liability for these companies must statutorily end. Unfortunately, many Texans were forced into taking the COVID jab so that they could continue to provide for their families. As a result, many are now facing irreversible side effects for which no corporation or entity can be held responsible.
Everyone deserves to have access to accurate information about vaccine side effects and risks so that they can fully exercise informed consent.
